Named after my
youngest son, this LLC acts as an umbrella and holding company for my
corporation (BCI) and it's other entities (Ratio 1:1 & Sir Earl
Enterprises). This allows investors to invest without the risk of a
financial downside.

is a corporation created and Incorporated in August of 1994 by founder
Earl C.Bell who also performs the duties of President and C.E.O. Two
subsidiaries have been formed under B.C.I. since its creation. Below you
will find what each of the company's duties are. The goal of B.C.I. is
to combine all the elements of each company, while having each separate
entity perform Systematically to create Illinois' premier health and
fitness Corporation.
