MY PROGRESS - FEBRUARY 1, 2007 These photos were taken febuary 1st 2007, at a weight of 253 lbs. Seeing myself not at my physical best and feeling unmotivated for the last few years, I deceided to make some major changes. I switched gyms from the one that I was training at for the the last 13 years to a new one, and so far the change has been good. I am slowly regaining the fire I once had for bodybuiding, from the results I have already made, I am constantly being asked if I'm getting ready for a show. Only time and results will tell, check back next month and see how things are turning out for me.
MY PROGRESS - MAY 1, 2006 These photos were taken may 1st. I had an extensive four week layoff from any type of weight training due to business obligations, and also, lack of motivation. I am starting to feel the urge of hitting the Iron once again. The accompanying pictures show me at 243lbs. I will see what a good month of heavy training will do for me. Tune in next month.
Pictures taken on May 1, 2006, weighing 243 lbs. MY PROGRESS - JANUARY 25, 2005 Recently I began intense training as a personal challenge to get my body in better shape. I started receiving lots of e-mails and questions in my gym, asking if I was getting ready for an upcoming show. My progress was coming along so well that I actually seriously contemplated it, and started talking about getting back on stage. Although I never rule out one day getting back on stage, I really doubt if it will be the shows that are coming up soon. I love training and being in the gym, but as of this time, my personal challenge that I began the first of the year will be just that; a personal challenge, not competition.
